It’s like sowing seeds and when the seed touches fertile soil, they will grow. It’s very touching to me. It’s a soft, loving sort of energy that comes through it. I love the words, they carry a vibration that touches my Soul and I love the messages from Nature. It’s very soothing and calming, that type of energy which drew me to it. I really look forward to them.
I stop, and when I see the email come I'm like 'okay, I'm gonna stop and sit and read it and take it in and give it that space' because it does a lot for me. It really does. And I find that it's so much in sync with me. The different topics and different words she writes somehow are always fitting for that moment. It’s a Soul connection. It speaks to the Soul.
It’s making me more empowered…'This is who I am. And I am beautiful.' It’s building on that. It’s pulling me to that. This developed along the way. In the beginning, I would spin out of control and lose myself in the pain of it. But lately, it’s something I get out of quickly because I know that I am not that. That I am more than that. And it ties in with Faith again, that you know God is there from experience. You know you’ve been through so many things and you see how God works it out and it’s easy to trust It because I know it’s gonna turn out okay. I just want to be a vessel of God’s grace in whatever way God wants me to function. And of course doing it and being happy. "There are different notes that will come through and really break my heart open, and I cry.
So it also in a way has helped me become closer with myself and have the courage to look at things within my life that I’m hiding from myself. Because the words, they’re from my Soul and so it’s directly hitting, like 'oh yeah, of course.' So in that way, I feel it’s impacted my life in having more faith in myself and strength and confidence, as well as being able to have those heart-to-heart realizations that 'yeah, in this way I’ve hidden from myself. I enjoy when beings and essences are channeling and messages are given to the group collectively. There are ones that have also really spoken to me specifically when Diamond brings through the angels and she channels through their messages. When I feel into the energy, it feels really sweet. And of course, floral and expansive and flowy and easeful. So it’s really sweet. I just feel grateful. It’s hard to put words to it. It feels really authentic. It feels like Diamond. It feels like Soul. It feels collectively, I feel all of us. And that’s what creates that, 'Oh, my gosh, I can’t wait for the next one.' And when the next one arrives and it’s in my email, I’m like 'Yes, that’s exactly how I felt.' It feels right on time. They’re just really juicy."
It feels like home. And it feels like no matter what I’m going through, I’m okay. And I’m safe. I feel emotional—It feels safe and like home, and that’s also why I brought up authenticity. Because in order for us to feel like a place is home, we have to be able to take off what we deemed the world wants us to show up as or how we feel we have to show up as. It’s like, 'This is who I am. And I’m constantly changing. And I’m constantly releasing, and all these things.'
It feels like I can show up as I am. There’s no specific way that I have to show up when I open my email. It helps me get through the day. And even though I don’t see or know who all receives the morning notes, in a way it feels like I know them. "Now I can actually breathe.
Kind of like, oh okay. I'm gonna have a slower morning [to] start my day off—What do I want the day to look like? What do I feel like doing? Do I feel like work today? I feel like it gives me the opportunity to slow down and take a moment to breathe, to pause, to think. So now I just feel so much calmer. You know? This is a brand new day.
My Soul's feeling a deep sigh of relief. It's just this settling in feeling. It's hard to describe. It's more of a feeling within my body, within my Soul, my heart. The shift for me is that relief. That knowing that I don't always have to be somewhere or do something. It was finally like flowing with my Soul and being more into a divine feminine flow.
It was ease. That was the big shift for me: ease. And I feel like that was something I was always trying to find for most of my life, the ease, because I was always in this rushing and going constantly. The fact that all this came from morning notes. But it was the precursor, the start. Part of my Soul, saying, 'yes, you know, now is the moment where we just get to relax.' And that's a good feeling. Because before, even all my days off, I didn't take the time to just be still and to stop.
That's been such a miracle, a blessing. I rarely overthink, I go at my own pace and I enjoy my own company, I have a lot more trust in the flow of life and myself, I let things go with ease. And it was like a reminder to connect back to the land, but it was really a connecting back to myself and home within myself. And I had that to go back to, to reflect back on. It was like going back to a chapter, and I could just pull, you know, move back the pages, and it was like, 'oh, okay, there it is what I'm looking for.'
